The Miners MTB team fully embraces the NICA values of Fun, Inclusivity, Equity, Respect, and Community. We are devoting this newsletter to the girls and women who ride with the team to let the 6th to 12th grade girls of Nevada County know how much fun our female riders are having.  This sport is definitely not just for the boys, and we work hard to provide an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming environment for ALL riders.
